Use the platform guides for operating-system settings and the protocol guides for exact resolver endpoints. Menu names and native encrypted-DNS support vary by OS release; each guide avoids promising support for an untested build.

DoH over HTTP/3 uses the same HTTPS URI when negotiated. ODoH is not currently advertised as available.
